Bringing local landlords together to find resources, have discussions, find potential projects and deals, and discover news updates.

Since the global crisis affects nearly every industry, the Government advice is largely generic. Although the message is clear, it impacts all our lives in different ways depending on our personal circumstances. Many landlords are trying to get to grips with the best way forward, whilst maintaining their tenancy, remaining compliant and supporting their tenants.

Ongoing support is important for landlords as rules and guidance changes, as well as a constant update of legislation to adhere to. That’s why we have created our local landlords’ group to bring investors in Kensington, Hammersmith, Fulham and the surrounding areas together to find resources, have discussions, find potential new projects, and understand the rules and laws surrounding their business.

This group is called West Kensington, Hammersmith, and Fulham Landlords and is designed to be friendly, fun and informative!

Please join if you are:
·      a portfolio landlord
·      an accidental landlord
·      are thinking of investing
·      are helping another landlord
·      or wanting to know more about any of the above

We’re here to help and hope this can be a safe and informative space for many landlords locally! If you have any questions, let us know!
